Getting Started

Download Purrfect from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, sign up with your email address or sign in instantly with your Apple or Google account. The process takes less than a minute.
After signing up, tap the "Add Cat" button on your home screen. Fill in your cat's breed, age, weight, and any health details you have. The more information you provide, the more personalized Whiskers' advice will be.
Yes! Purrfect is available worldwide on both the App Store and Google Play. The app is fully localized in 6 languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese. More languages are coming soon.

Features

Whiskers uses advanced AI trained on veterinary knowledge to provide instant, personalized answers. You can ask about symptoms, behavior, nutrition, and more. Whiskers considers your cat's breed, age, weight, and health history to give breed-specific, context-aware advice. Always consult your vet for medical decisions.
Free users can track 1 cat profile with full access to basic features. Premium users get unlimited cat profiles, so you can manage health, reminders, and AI insights for your entire feline family in one place.
Our health tracking algorithms are developed following veterinary guidelines, including AAFCO and FEDIAF standards for nutrition. We use breed-specific databases with 11+ breeds to provide age-appropriate benchmarks. However, Purrfect is a wellness tool and not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult your vet for medical decisions.

Subscription

Premium unlocks the full Purrfect experience: unlimited cat profiles, unlimited AI conversations with Whiskers, full access to Cat Academy (3 programs, 27 lessons, quizzes and certifications), weekly AI health reports, priority support, and advanced health insights. Available at $4.99/month or $29.99 for lifetime access.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription within the app, or manage your subscription directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the App Store or Google Play directly. For additional assistance or billing questions, email us at support@purrfectapp.pet and we will do our best to help.

Technical

Try these steps to resolve most issues: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Clear the app cache in Settings > Storage. (3) Ensure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. (4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, please email support@purrfectapp.pet with a description of the problem and your device model.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a password reset link to your email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those sign-in options instead.
Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, all your data (cat profiles, health records, AI conversations, and personal information) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
